No.1４　物ほしや　夏が過ぎては　ほす物もなし

由比ケ浜に立ち寄った際に雨が降っており、人影もない浜辺の片隅に寂れた漁師小屋が建ち並んでいました。
その光景を見た時に何とも言えない侘しさを感じ、なんとなく写真を撮ったのが連作「由比ケ浜」の始まりです。
これは物干台でしょうか？
題名を直訳すれば、「物干台なのに夏が過ぎてしまっては干す物もなく侘しいことよ。」となり、物干し台の侘しさを描写しています。
ただ、これは「干す」と「欲す」をかけているので、別訳すると『若い頃は何かを求めていたが、盛りを過ぎてしまった今では求めることもなくなったよ。』と、自分の侘しさを詠んでいることになります。

No.1４　The drying stand,　the summer passes,　nothing to dry.

When I stopped by Yuigahama beach, it was raining.
There are deserted fisherman’s huts in a corner of a beach without anyone’s.
When I saw that sight, I felt lonesome.
It was the beginning of the series “Yuigahama” that took some pictures.
Is this a drying stand?
If you literally translate the title,”Even though it is the drying stand. but summer has passed, there is nothing to dry, I feel lonesome.”and it depicts the lonesome drying stand.
However, this is the play on words of “dry” and “want”.
Diffrent translation: “I was looking for something when I was young, but now I have not looking for anything after passing the prime in life. “and It is portraying lonesome myself.
