No.10　とび鳴かば　夕立きたる　由比ケ浜

由比ケ浜に立ち寄った際に雨が降っており、人影もない浜辺の片隅に寂れた漁師小屋が建ち並んでいました。
その光景を見た時に何とも言えない侘しさを感じ、なんとなく写真を撮ったのが連作「由比ケ浜」の始まりです。
どんよりとした空にはとんびが鳴いており、まるでそれと呼応するかのように夕立が降ってきました。
その時の寂しい浜辺の様子を詠んだ句がこの絵のタイトルです。

No.10　A kite cry,　an evening shower coming,　at Yuigahama beach.

When I stopped by Yuigahama beach, it was raining.
There are deserted fisherman’s huts in a corner of a beach without anyone’s.
When I saw that sight, I felt lonesome.
It was the beginning of the series “Yuigahama” that took some pictures.
In the dull sky, a kite was singing,a shower came down as if to respond to it.
The title of this picture is a haiku which compose a state of a lonesome beach at that time.
